Shubham Awate completed his PhD in the Fullerton group in Summer 2023. He earned his bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai (India) in 2018. His research focused on nanoelectronic devices which use 2D materials for low power electronics. Outside the lab, he enjoys photography, pencil sketching, and theatrical acting. Shubham continues his work on nanoelectronics at Western Digital in California!
